Great product and great people I switched to ordering from Big Bear after ordering from two other vendors. One was a cheap but iffy quality with bad customer support, the other with a better quality product but not much better and less positive customer-service friendliness, and this vendor is the best in Canada. Both in quality, and in customer support and feedback. If you have a question or concern, you can expect a very human and not automated response, and If you respond to the response, you can expect another response! What a surprise! A human conversation. The quality is way above any other vendor in Canada. I am a loyal customer for as long as I am able to be. Oh, and also I got a card and a gift in one of my (pretty fricken large) orders around Christmas, and I sent the wrong address once and they covered the re-shipping cost. The people are people, and to me that's meaningful. And of course, as I said, I've tried kratom (not for ingestion purposes) from at least 5 other vendors in Canada, and this has been the best product i've found in terms of freshness and quality.

My favourite Kratom in canada, & it's at a good price I've been ordering the red maeng da and some other red strains from here for about a year, the quality is great and it's always consistent, never had a bad batch. I actually order from here despite being across the country (Ontario), because with the price point & free shipping it's totally worth it, it literally arrives at my doorstep if not the next day, then 2 days max. It's literally faster than when I order from ontario kratom sites.
