5. Misuse and Safety Warning

Any misuse of products purchased from Big Bear Kratom is done entirely at the customer’s own risk.

6. Customer Representations

By placing an order, you confirm and agree that:

  1. You are purchasing for lawful botanical research only;
  2. You will not consume, ingest, inhale, smoke, brew, prepare, apply, or otherwise use the products in a way that conflicts with these Terms;
  3. You will not ask Big Bear Kratom for dosage advice, consumption advice, or medical advice;
  4. You will not provide consumption advice or directions for use to another person;
  5. You will not repackage, relabel, resell, redistribute, or market products for consumption;
  6. You will safely and lawfully store, handle, and secure all products after delivery;
  7. You accept full responsibility for any use, misuse, unintended use, unauthorized use, third-party access, or consequences connected to products after delivery.

7. Account Rules

Each customer is permitted to maintain only one account with Big Bear Kratom.

Creating or using multiple accounts is not allowed. This includes using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, billing details, shipping addresses, or other information to bypass account restrictions, promotional limits, bans, fraud controls, or order limits.

Big Bear Kratom reserves the right to suspend, restrict, close, or permanently ban any customer account at any time and without prior notice.

Accounts may be closed for reasons including but not limited to:

  1. Creating multiple accounts;
  2. Suspected product misuse;
  3. Attempting to purchase products for consumption;
  4. Providing products to minors;
  5. Reselling or redistributing products;
  6. Making false claims;
  7. Abusing promotions, refunds, credits, or guarantees;
  8. Filing false, misleading, or abusive chargebacks;
  9. Violating these Terms of Purchase.

8. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of the order. Big Bear Kratom reserves the right to review, refuse, cancel, limit, or hold any order at our sole discretion.

An order may be cancelled or refused for reasons including but not limited to:

  1. Suspected fraud;
  2. Suspicious payment activity;
  3. Incorrect, incomplete, or unverifiable information;
  4. Duplicate customer accounts;
  5. Previous chargebacks or payment disputes;
  6. Product misuse concerns;
  7. Regulatory concerns;
  8. Shipping restrictions;
  9. Inventory availability;
  10. Violation of these Terms.

If an order is cancelled before shipment, a refund may be issued to the original payment method where appropriate.

9. Payment Authorization

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. You also confirm that all billing, shipping, and contact information submitted is accurate and complete.

You authorize Big Bear Kratom and/or its payment service providers to charge the full order total shown at checkout, including product costs, taxes, shipping fees, and any other applicable charges.

Big Bear Kratom reserves the right to request additional verification before processing an order. Orders may be delayed or cancelled if verification cannot be completed.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Big Bear Kratom customer support before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, so we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

A chargeback filed for an order that was properly authorized, processed, shipped, delivered, or otherwise fulfilled may be treated as chargeback abuse.

Customers who file false, misleading, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks may have their accounts permanently closed and may be refused future service.

Big Bear Kratom reserves the right to submit order details, tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communications, account history, payment details, IP information, and other relevant records to payment processors, banks, fraud prevention services, shipping carriers, collection services, or legal representatives for the purpose of responding to disputes, chargebacks, fraud claims, or legal matters.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

11. Shipping Address Accuracy

Orders are shipped to the exact shipping address entered by the customer at checkout.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is complete, accurate, safe, and accessible. This includes the correct name, street address, unit number, buzzer code, postal code, business name, delivery notes, and any other information required by the shipping carrier.

Big Bear Kratom is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned parcels, missing parcels, redirection issues, or additional carrier charges caused by incorrect, incomplete, unsafe, inaccessible, or undeliverable shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is delayed, returned, redirected, or affected because of customer-provided address issues, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges, return fees, redirection fees, reshipment costs, or carrier fees.

12. Delivered Packages, Theft, and Missing Orders

Once a shipping carrier marks an order as delivered, the order is considered fulfilled.

Big Bear Kratom is not responsible for packages that are stolen, misplaced, removed, damaged, lost, or otherwise missing after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Orders marked as delivered are not automatically eligible for refund, credit, reshipment, or replacement.

Customers are responsible for choosing a secure delivery address. If a delivered package is missing, customers should check with household members, neighbours, building management, front desks, mailrooms, parcel lockers, and the shipping carrier.

Big Bear Kratom may assist with carrier claims where possible, but we do not guarantee a refund, replacement, or reimbursement for packages marked as delivered.

13. Shipping Times and Delays

Big Bear Kratom works to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible. However, shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Big Bear Kratom is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, labour disruptions, incorrect addresses, payment review, fraud screening, carrier errors, or events outside of our control.

Shipping delays do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation, refund, replacement, or chargeback.

14. Product Descriptions and Natural Variation

Big Bear Kratom makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, product information, images, lot details, and general website content. However, we do not guarantee that all website content is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Botanical materials may naturally vary in colour, grind, texture, aroma, consistency, and alkaloid profile. These natural variations do not necessarily mean that a product is defective.

15. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Big Bear Kratom offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the purchase date.

To request support under this guarantee, customers must contact customer support within 30 days of the purchase date and provide the order number, a description of the issue, and any requested supporting information. This may include photos of the product, packaging, and lot number.

Depending on the situation, Big Bear Kratom may offer a refund, replacement, store credit, or another appropriate solution.

Refunds, replacements, credits, and other resolutions are handled at Big Bear Kratom’s discretion and may be refused in cases involving suspected fraud, misuse, duplicate claims, unreasonable requests, chargeback activity, account abuse, product tampering, resale, or violation of these Terms.

16. Refunds and Returns

Approved refunds will typically be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Shipping charges, return shipping fees, redirection fees, and carrier charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or approved by Big Bear Kratom.

Big Bear Kratom may require product return, photos, lot number verification, or other supporting information before approving a refund, replacement, or credit.
