Canada Post can have varying delivery times. If you require a more expedient delivery, please select our Canada Post Xpresspost or UPS shipping options. We offer convenient, affordable, flat-rate shipping options.

To benefit from same-day shipping, please make sure your order is paid before 12:00 PM PST.
Please contact us at support@bigbearkratom.com as soon as possible seeing as once your parcel is in transit with the courier, we are no longer able to redirect or forward the delivery to the correct address.
If your package has been marked as delivered as per your tracking # but it is not yet in your possession, please verify your mailbox/community box if a delivery card has been left indicating where you can pick up your parcel. If nobody at your address has received the package and a card has not been left, contact us or the courier you selected to begin an investigation. If you are the victim of mail theft or if the courier service has lost your package or delivered it at the wrong address, we will ensure that the products you paid for arrive in a safe, timely fashion.
Please note that we use discrete packaging, so all boxes/mailers are unmarked aside from the shipping label.
