First time, unsure. I am unsure how the super white makes me feel. I found the effects did not last as long as I hoped and also made me a bit jittery and anxious. I am new to Kratom and I have tried three kinds thus far. Super red, Super signature, and Super white. Both the signature and red were amazing! This one though, I would try it again, but I will try other white strains before I order again. Thanks BBK!
